Small yet effectives add-ons for 2025

This year I will be sharing more tips via this blog to reinforce and keep us all healthy and strong for whatever this year brings us! Let’s start with resolutions – we all know they come and they go sooner than making an impact on our lives. A couple of great tips from my clients – start small and add it to an existing routine. We all brush our teeth, we take a shower, meditate, drink water when we get up. Let’s start small – when you get up you drink about 4 – 6 oz of pure water, no faucet water! I have constantly reinforced this (more water in fact just not all at once), lo and behold, it was in an article about living to a 100! And while you wait for the water to absorb, a few stretches and movements – if you are a BBLV Member there are a few moves in the exclusive section on my website. Drink another 6 – 8 oz. And if you are a current member taking part of the NMS Face or Cryo Body, please check out the face exercises. We all have private moments, in the car, in the bathroom etc where we could practice daily a couple of moves exercising the muscles of our face. As many of you know I am big fan of Isometrics. These are simple exercises you can do while driving or standing in line grocery store - pull in your tummy and hold or tighten your butt and hold. And if you are chair bound working on a computer make the time to do a few chair exercise moves during breaks, if you are one of those people that focuses on their work and ‘forget’ themselves, program your phone to remind you to take a break, even it’s deep breathing and walking around your chair a few times! Our bodies are made to move – as you all have heard me say many times, your lymphatic system which carries your blood and nutrients throughout the body has NO PUMP – if you are not moving, neither is your is your blood – Yikes!
The theme of today’s message is ‘integrate’ small changes in your normal routine, nothing time consuming where you will give it up – and remember it only takes three to four weeks to make it a habit! Be mindful of your health and body, its all you got!
